Only apply to this posting if you have a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate. This posting is for qualified substitute teachers with a Manitoba Teaching Certificate for all grade levels/subject areas and English and French Immersion programming.  

 

We do not need a cover letter, so please upload your Criminal Record check into the Transcript folder, and your Child Abuse Registry check can be uploaded into the "Other folder".

 

Employment is contingent upon satisfactory response from both the Winnipeg Police Information Check and the Provincial Child Abuse Registry.  These checks need to be current; within one year from the start date of the position.  We do not reimburse the cost for these checks.  Please see below for the links to apply.

 

-Provide the Division with a current Provincial Child Abuse Registry Access Application. Please apply online at  https://web22.gov.mb.ca/AbuseRegistry  This check can be uploaded to the "Other" folder.

 

-Provide the Division with a current Police Information Check. Please apply online at Online record checks | City of Winnipeg. Online record checks | City of Winnipeg. **The Vulnerable Sector Screening must be completed.  This check can be uploaded into the "Transcript" folder. 

 

-Employees are required to have completed the mandatory Commit to Kids Sexual Abuse   Prevention Training or Respect in Schools Training. 

 Please access the site here:COMMIT TO KIDS Commit to Kids training site.  This Certificate of   Completion can be uploaded to the Commit to Kids folder.  If your Commit to Kids training is older than September 2022, please complete a new one.

 

-Employees are required to complete the New Employee Safety Orientation on the Pembina Trails website. Please access the site here: New Employee Safety Orientation.Employee Orientation.  **There are four steps to complete this process. The results will be shared electronically with HR, no certificate will be produced.
