The successful candidate should in addition to a valid Manitoba Teacher’s Certificate:

Industrial Arts/Technology Education Diploma Red River College
First Aid/CPR
Experience using a STEM-based pedagogy
Experience prototyping with 3D printers and laser engravers
Be knowledgeable about current grade 9-12 Industrial Arts/Technology Education Curriculum.
Well-versed in required safety in a lab environment
Possess skills in collaboration, communication, problem-solving, project-based learning, and related technological skills.
Be knowledgeable of CAM/CAD packages for manufacturing and prototyping
