for Psychological assessment and interpretation in coordination and collaboration with the existing school clinician School Psychologist The successful candidate will provide services to a grouping of schools in Pembina Trails School Division as part of a multidisciplinary team. The position also requires the establishment of close working relationships with school personnel, parents and other clinical disciplines in order to support students in maximizing their educational potential. Applicants must possess background and experience in the areas of: consultation and teaming administration and interpretation of a wide range of psychological assessment tools and techniques intervention including psychological counselling for children/families, behaviour management, social skill development, etc. immediate crisis management, threat and risk assessment prevention, education for staff and parents Candidates must possess a Psychology degree (Master’s Degree or Ph.D. level) and be eligible for School Clinician’s Certification issued by Manitoba Education. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory response from both Criminal Record Search and Provincial Child Abuse Registry Check.
