The successful candidate should in addition to a valid Manitoba Teacher’s Certificate:
- Industrial Arts/Technology Education Diploma Red River College
- First Aid/CPR
- Experience using a STEM-based pedagogy
- Experience prototyping with 3D printers and laser engravers
- Be knowledgeable about current grade 9-12 Industrial Arts/Technology Education Curriculum.
- Well-versed in required safety in a lab environment
- Possess skills in collaboration, communication, problem-solving, project-based learning, and related technological skills.
- Be knowledgeable of CAM/CAD packages for manufacturing and prototyping
